I dont know what i want to do for a living, i want to make good money..?

I was interested in real estate appraising, but im not sure if thats a good field or how to get into it? I like houses i like designing, i love to clean, I'm a good people person, fast on the computer. Any suggestions??

There are two ways to earn money - 1 You work for your money,  2 Your money works for you. So,do what you enjoy and take some time to learn about money (I have left a couple of suggestions below). Talk to people who make a lot of money, find people who are successful investors and get advice from them. Go to a stock exchange (if you are near one) and ask who & what they could advise or recommend you to talk to and/or what actions to take. Your work can be work you love or it can support you doing what you love. If you can work in a field that is related to what you love ie: if you love music work in the field even if it is simply working as a sales assistant in a dvd store.

It sounds like you should give real estate a try. I think you should look into 'staging'. It's when someone is having difficulty selling the home, you design it in such a way so that those that are interested can see themselves in the home. Since you have design skills, and like cleaning it could be worth it.
