I dont know what the problem is so I need a bit of advice. I live in a 3 block council flat and have been here for 2 years. I have NEVER once been able to take a shower as everytime I lift the shower head above a certain height (above hips!) It stops! I have to bathe traditonal way and use a bucket or just have a bath. At time the hot water stops working and when someone from the council comes the check the boiler... for god knows what... sort out pressure or some sort. they mentioned I wont be able to shower because the pressure isnt high enough and it will stay like that. Is this true... how is that possible! I pay full rent, I'm entitled to a shower right lol. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to fix this and be able to have a shower whenever I want, pleaseee?
