I dont know what to do!!! HELP ME PLEASE!?

Question

When me and my friend where in a store one day I saw these AWESOME shoes, like they were the most amazing shoes I have ever seen, of course I fell in love with them so I pointed the shoes out to my friend, she said they were ok and I told her I was going to save up and buy them, so anyways then I go to school and she is showing off these new shoes and guess what they were the shoes I wanted! I know it sounds like I am freaking out over nothing but this has happened befor, PLUS I just saved up enough money for those shoes!!!

I wanted those shoes but I dont want people to think im copying her...what should I do?

***I know it sounds like im some stupid girl who cant stand up for herslef but I really really really wanted to have those shoes and usally I would rise above this but grrrrrrr i just dont know!

Wow. I can imagine how you feel. Okay, so you can't really buy the shoes now (if you friend has them) unless you say something like you saw them on her and was inspired to buy them. I think the best advice I can give you is to either not tell your friend when you see something you plan to buy or lead her into believing that you like something else (which you don't) so she will go out and buy something else.
