i found a huge piece of sh-it in every stall of a restaurant i told some of my friends so he go into the guys washroom and it was the same there as well

we left without giving a tip or eating/drinking anything

what the h**l was that?

There is a pretty well known guideline about the cleanliness of a restaurant. You will know how clean the kitchen is by how clean the restrooms are. I'd say it was a prank by some sick individual and the employees just didn't want to clean it up. So with that in mind, you made a VERY good decision to leave. Though I would of talked to the management and let them know about your unsatisfactory visit so that way the c**p would of gotten cleaned up.
