I dont know what to do!!!

Question

I have lived in Texas my whole life and this is the first summer I'm not miserable and pregnant or without a child. I don’t know what to do?!?!?!? It 102 feels like 105 out today and I don’t know what I can do with my family to have fun. My son is 11m old.

Think wading pool out of the sun. Or a mall child area. "Jungle Java" or.  what ever name they are called in Texas.  ( it's a play area for little ones and big ones alike only separate and they get to play with others and so do you) they usually sell food and drinks and other mothers and kids are there. It usually costs a few bucks and you can stay as long as you want.

go play at an outdoor pool. It will cool you off. But if it is WAY too hot then I say do an INDOOR pool then you or your 11 month old won't get sunburned or anything!

I live in Texas too and it's way too hot to have your children outside in 102 degree weather (even in the shade). Keep em inside under the AC until the hot weather ends. OR you could just that the little one outside in the cool mornings to play for a bit until it gets too hot.

Why not get down in the floor with your son and play blocks with him, play ball, watch a child's movie, etc.?
