okay. so i hurt my ankle running a mile during conditioning for volleyball. i didnt know what i did to it until i got 2 xrays and a ct scan saying that i have this birth defect called tarsal coalition where my ankle bone and my heel bone didnt separate correctly. tha best thing to do, according to my doctor, is to not play volleyball. i wanna play soooooo bad but my ankle is in bad shape. :x
