I dont know what to do????

Question

i put a skateboard on ebay on sunday and know one has bid for it yet it has 8d 3hrs 45mins left and im not sure what that means and i really want to get rid of it this is what it looks like does anyone want it?????????

Word of mouth is often the best advertising, spread the word and get your mates to ask around.  Or head down to your local skatepark and ask around.

First off...did you pay to have 10 days?  Because the normal time is 5 days to 7 days.  I sell on there a lot and I never list anything over 7 days.

Secondly, you'll see a place that will tell you how many people are "watching" your item.  This means you MAY have that many people interested in your item.  But, sometimes, one will only be another seller watching your item to see what it will sell for...so don't ge too excited.  

If you really want to "get rid of it"...You opened your bid too high (I think)...I'd put it up with a low price (like 99cents).  A lot of people who shop on eBay, love to bid, love to compete with other bidders, and just plain love the "rush" of outbidding someone, or being out-bid BY someone.  So, by starting out with a low opening bid, you'll attract bidders to challege each other.  Starting out high or setting (& paying for) a "Buy It Now" price can scare prospective buyers away.  I noticed you've paid for a Buy It Now.  

My suggestion:   Since you have no bids, go in & REVISE it.  Remove the "Buy It Now" and add a "Reserve" price.  Then start your bids out low, like one penny!  IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE A RESERVE!...Put your reserve at a price you will NOT accept less than.

it may be so but patience pays just give it more time and aiso does the skateboard look old or is the color loor fading? if so fix it then advertise it.chao!

Sorry but probably noone will buy that on ebay - it is too commonly found, alot of skateboards around the world.

post is to craigslist.org in your area, it's local and would be much easier to deal with.
