I dont know what to go to school for. What major will give me job satisfaction,high salary& in great demand?

You need to choose something you love to do, and excel in.  Not many college students have a clue what to major in their first year.  You have time.  The first year is core courses.  After you take a few courses you will know more.  You can always change majors.  As to the job market, what is certain?  We are an aging population.  Health care will never go away, nor the need for mental health professionals.  People will always need to be educated.  You have to ask yourself what type of environment you are most comfortable in.  Working alone?  With others?  Can you work independently?  How to you deal with risk taking?  All those are components of choosing a career.  Don't ask about "careers" ask about components of a work environment and your own personality.  You'll figure it out.  (college prof/retired IBM exec mgr/psychologist)
