I dont know whats happening to me.....plzz help me?

ohhk m 16....

1) i feel veeery lazy these dayz...n no..no exercise ..nothing helps...

2) i dont feel like talking to my friends anymore...not that i have made any new....

3)i hate my new class in school.....i hate every minuite i spend there....i dont have any frndz in there....i tried making.....n i kind of made but its like they remain in there own groups.....(n yeah its not like i have changed my school...our classes shuffeled n i dont have any frndz in my new class)

3) coz i hate my class...i dont feel like goin to school........i have bunked school twice in last week.

4) since m having problem in making frndz in school....so my self esteem confidence iz gettin lower n lower...not that i have a lot...but whatever i have is getting minimised day by day.

i know some of u will tell me to look at the positive side of life...n i agree wit u..but the problem is m having difficulty in finding that side in my life..

n yeah..4)my veeeery good frnd is going around with the guy i like.......he alwayz had a crush on her n she had it on him...so i know there is no point in hanging on......but i dont know ..both of them r in my school....n i m not able to forget him...

  2. all your symptoms look like you a bout of depression.

    this lack of interest is called "anhedonia".

    i too was in one. it took me time to come out of it.

    i took the help of a psychiatrist and some medications.

    but let me tell you, all you need is to excercise very hard every day. i joined swimming and excercise vigorously every day. i used to get so tired that i ended up sleeping early every day and got up early. my scores began picking up and as a side effect, i developed a great body which has built up my self confidence.

  3. You should tell a trusted adult about how you're feeling. You may be going through depression. Even if you're just feeling kind of blah, tell someone and get some help.

  4. ur all problems is the guy u like& he is with ur best friend, no need to forget him, if u like him it dosnt me u should have affair with him, be a good friend to both of them,u will not loose ur good friend & the guy u want to be with.hope by the time runs u should get the best the one,who want u to be with him.

  5. Hi, I'm sixteen years old as well; please don't judge me.

    I know exactly how you feel and I felt that way the past three years in High School and I know that it's so difficult! Please don't feel alone in this because you're not the only one who is going through this. I went through a very difficult time myself in regards that I couldn't make friends and I despised my school that I was attending because everyone is so judgmental!

    Of course as you mentioned, we can give you all the optimistic things to be happy with and looking forward to. However, it's not as easy as people think because this emotionally kills your heart. I'm honest to say that I got hospitalized because of all of it. It makes you feel really down about your self esteem which causes you to loose confidence.

    It was not easy for me and I can't tell you that "yes, you have everything to look forward to and don't worry!". It's not easy to shift your mood and believing that everything will work out fine. I was judged at my previous school and I had no friends (outside of school I had some..) which made me really sad and disappointed because I thought there's something wrong with me. The thing that I learnt that there's nothing wrong with you there's something wrong with people! People can be so narrow minded and judgmental!!

    I've been there before and still am a bit today. It's no an easy circumstance, however faith is the key! Don't plan on giving up and throwing away your life because you do have things to look forward to for example; falling in love. That's what made me be happy again because love made me feel good about myself. Honestly, keep up a optimistic attitude and fate will make you happy again. Go and try to do some activities and put yourself out there to try to make friends or a potential love interest.

    In regards to your hatred for school - I know that it's not easy and yes it sucks! You're there to do well academically so instead of focusing on judgmental people, focus on how successful you can be. I'm sure that you're a very smart girl and you'll do well! I did that as well to be doing well academically and it helped me out! I only wish you the best and I'm so sorry that you're going through this; I know how it feels.   6. ur case is nothing but new class blues.even i had the same feeling when i changed my school.i felt very bad and couldnt concentrate.always be cheerful and smiling.be yourself.get gud grads if u have gud grades ppl will aurtomatically come to u.i learnt this.and abt the guy u like,try to engage urself in some activities.slowly u will forget him.strike a friendship wid him.control ur mind.thn after sumtime i am sure u will not feel bad to c him wid ur fnd coz this is life.its better to face the reality than run away from it.face ur life wid a fearless and positive mind.u will find it easy and peaceful.believe me.try this out.

  7. Dear after reading ur complete question i feel there r 2 prime reasons for ur present condition:

    1. u dont have ny friend in ur current class

    2. u cant look upto ur good friend as she is gng around with the guy u too like

    i can understand how u must be feeling now.

    the best way to come out of this situation is to find some new friends.. this will keep u busy n thus u wont think abt ur crush n ur good friend. i know its NOT easy for u to make new friends in ur new class.. i will give u some tips to make atleast 1 new friend in this class.

    - observe all ur classmates for 2-3 days... just check how is there nature/behavior as an individual.

    - now shortlist 3-4 gals/guys whom u feel can b ur good friend.

    - to initiate talk with them u can start with taking some notes/books from them n stuff.

    - try talking to these ppl as n when possible.

    - i m sure within a weeks time u will find atleast 1 good friend in ur new class.

    u need to keep trying till u get atleast 1 or 2 good friends in ur class... without which u wont be able to forget abt ur crush/good friend. also it will give u a new reason to attend all ur classes.

  9. I suggest that you write a list of interests, things that interest you, goals or that you would like to do with your life.  Then go about joining groups or clubs where you are able to learn more about what you are interested in.

    Write a list of accomplishments, things that you have done, great and small, up to this time and read that list aloud to yourself every single day.

    Join a sports group at school, something that you can really get your teeth into that you like.

  10. It may just be a back-to-school phase. This sounds like what I had in 10th grade, it went away after about a month. Honestly, if it isn't unbearable, just try getting by. I find reading a lot makes me feel a lot better and forget my problems, too, so you could try that. If the problem doesn't resolve itself, you may want to look into the symptoms of depression.

  11. First of all learn how to spell and to write correctly that would help.

    It takes time to get over bad events in your life.  Find someone, who you trust, and talk about what is going on.

    Join your high school band.....Music is great for stress.....and then you can go to "Band Camp".
