I dont know where my husband is are how to get a hold of him. How do I get a fast divorce without him?

I havent known where he is in three years about two weeks after we got married. His friend told me he married me for money from the military. what do I do.

depending on the state you live in because i know in georgia they just advertise it in the local paper for 60 days and if he doesn't respond they give you the divorce it is so much easier if they are incarcerated

if you don't know his whereabouts, put an add in a major paper.  in it, write his name and last known address and give him a deadline that if he doesn't send a certified letter to the paper by XX date, you are divorced.  i have heard of this working.

If he's still in the military, let your lawyer know.  He will definently know what to do in order to locate him.  What I mean is, the military has an obligation to respond to a court order concerning one of it's personnel.  Even if he has separated or retired, they have to provide last known address.

Yes get a lawyer and tell them the scenario and put an ad in the paper if they do not respond you are home free.
