i dont know if its the weather or what because usually i like the rain

i cant explain it to people at work and then next thing i know they're talking about me (i could care less btw....they're all trifling)

anyway!

then i get really angry for no reason at all...and sometimes its at the stupidest things

im not very social and i barely have any friends left and the funny thing is i use to care about who my friend is and who isnt and now i just dont care...i really dont care about anything really...it's like i have no feelings....

ever since i went to college and then dropped out ive been that way and idk....

  1. try joining an online website for girls like www.gurl.com

i know they have tons off tips to help find yourself. they also have message boards for older gurls

  2. Woah! Looks like you need some medical help!!

Look, You have a lot to be stressed about- what with dropping out of college and your grandma (really sorry of that, btw)

I'm not psychologist so I might not even be helping! You have mood swings, you have very less friends....

These are just the signs of depression.

What you need is a good doctor and some relaxing exercises (Try Yoga?)

Anyway, don't loose your sanity over this topic and don't tell anyone. Haven't you heard the saying

"Don't tell your problems to anyone- 50 % don't care and the rest of the 50% percent are glad you have them"

It's a nice saying (god knows who said it!)

ANYWAY, just keep on doing what you do everyday and maybe, just maybe, your life will be back to normal before you can say "I am not losing my mind!"

    Good Luck!!

(Sorry I don't where you live so I can't suggest some good doctors to you!)

  3. You are you.  That's who you are.  You may need to redifine what your definition of this is.  I'm not a social person either so I understand. Just take it one day at a time and don't worry about the external stuff.  People, friends all that stuff. Just think about who or what you want to be and work towards that.  It's been working for me, I don't have any friends lately and could care less ( I used to ). I figure once I get my **** together and my mind straight I'll find new friends and be able to connect with the old ones I want to.  Hope this helps.

  4. perhaps you should go talk to a therapist or psychologist (sp?) talk about it.

i feel that way alot (but its for different reasons), so you could also try to find something to entertain you (like a game, a book, etc)

or you could just wait to see if it passes

  5. I Don't Know,

From your profile you seem very creative.  I find that the more creative you are the more time you have to think, and boy do I think about a lot of stuff.  It seems to always get me in more trouble than it’s worth.  Everybody is not perfect, except you and me.  See it is everyone else who has the problem.  Wink, Wink...  Hey if you draw and write I would love to see and read some of it.  I have some works, I can share with you.  PS - I have an appointment tomorrow, because I am in the same boat as you.  There does not always need to be something wrong to talk to someone.  You have already made a point something is different.  Click on my picture and e-mail me from my profile and let me know a little more about you.  ttyl

  6. Find something to fill your time that you can enjoy.  Pick up a new hobby, take a class on a subject you've always wanted to learn, read a series of books, join a gym, etc.  Once you start doing things that focus your care on yourself, you will start feeling better about yourself.
