Yes you may. Go to settings on your flickr account and delete it. Then look for another site, like ringo.

or there is photobucket,that's not bad.

I only went to flickr and photobucket as yahoo said it was deleting all yahoo photos last year.

Well,i still have all mine,and the yahoo photos is still working as before,so not sure what happened to that.

You can use http://www.ringo.com I think it's a lot better than flickr plus it doesn't have as low of a limit, I actually don't know the limit of ringo but I seen one person with 75 pages of pictures and that's a lot.

Yes you can delete flickr.
