I have the journal cover thing made from jeans

You can find a spiral notebook that would fit inside (or somehow cut one down to size) and perhaps sew the spiral part to the jean. And if you want you can adhere the front and back to the jean with glue. It seems like it should work...

u could try gluing pages (like the 1 edge) to hold them in, or gluing/sewing in a spiral thing (like off a note book), or gluing/sewing in rings (like out of a binder)

Very fashionable and that was sooo smart. But there's a way but it's gonna be hard.

You can staple holes inside the paper on the side. Three holes like looseleaf notebook paper. then you put string and tie it in all three of them. Then you sew the string to the middle that u already sewed. Very confusin but hey I've already done it and it's EASY!! :] srry if it's not wat u wanted.
