I dont think i got rid of it all the way, help...?

i had the internet antivirus on my computer. and i downloaded superantispyware and i thought it got rid of it. then i got back online, and its still has the page that pops up that says navigation was blocked, or something like that, and it asks if i would want to get the full version of the internet antivirus. or continue unprotected to the page. well, it says something like that. how do i get rid of this? its so annoying.

you need to delete that crappy anti-virus program off your computer and download AVG free and Spybot - Search & Destroy but before you do that you need to turn off system restore or you will never get rid of your virus right click on my computer then click properties the click the tab that says system restore and turn it off

run you antivirus software and superantispyware again over and over till you get a clean result
