I dont think my man is interested!

hi im 19 weeks preg n we already have a little girl n my man constantly works n i know he is v tired but it seems like he doesnt care, iv had a few problems in this pregnancy (like fainting twice in a month) n he doesnt ask how i am or n e thing, do u think he is tired or just being a man and not knowing what 2 say, i have tried to talk 2 him but we end up arguing n it gets us nowhere. any ideas how to brighten things up between us? please help
