if i am lifting weights how much should i take, when should i take it, whats the difference between the brands of protien, etc.

where is the best place to buy protien? what is the best type of protien to buy? how does protien work in your brain?

  1. Whats your weight,it is usually recommended to take 1gm/pound of body weight so that mean if you are 150 pounds,take 150 gm.Take whey protein,quick to digest and far effective than any other protein.Optimum whey is best. I take  post-workout and before sleep.
