On the website the commuter zones states "6:00 pm- 2:00 pm" but I dont get what that means. Does that mean we cant park in those parking lots until its 6:00 pm? If you are a rutgers student please help.

I know I have to take a bus from one campus to another but I just dont get the timings they have written. I havnt bought the permit yet.

Please help if you have been to rutgers,

Thank You.

  1. Wow, those times are strange!  Commuter lots generally refer to a specific daytime parking permit like 6 am to 6 pm.   6 pm-2 pm sounds like an error.  I would try to call Rutgers Police Department and ask them to explain the parking regulations.  Or, I'm betting there already is a subdivision of the Parking Department.  Your best bet is to call for clarification.  Good luck!
