I dont understand why it comes out like this in manual mode!?!?!?!?

the one that is exposed properly is the one on auto the other is on manual tell me what i have to do?

No idea what camera you're using, so it's hard to give advice.

Though it looks like your white balance is off.  Look through your manual and see how  you adjust WB on your camera.

Those are both the same picture. When exposing, make sure to check your metering to the correct spot.  Some auto modes will use an evaluative which will be different if you manually metered in spot.
