i hate mi thighs they jiggle does anybody no any foods or exercises to make that go away before try outs next fall! please oh any tips on how mi big b***s will fit in those tight shirts! or should i just qwit but i dont wont 2 cause im really good but thinkin about givin it up but i dont want 2! but i dont know no volleyball players that weres over a size 42 dd! so sumone pleaz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. you can always run.

    they really work out your legs.

    eat fruits and vegies.

    um. jumping jacks always help.

    you shouldnt really worry about your thighs. people wont be looking at your thighs if your really good at volleyball.

    they'll be looking at your skills. ahaha :]


  2. If ur thighs are fat just run everyday 4 at least 30 min. n ur b***s just leave them there it might distract ur opponents while playin they gon be sayin d**n

  3. My bff's 15 sister runs every day for 30 minutes around the neighborhood in the morning befor school and after school.  She is also going to get a reduction surgery.  Eat healthy and just be yourself and have fun!!!

  7. if u R passionate about vball and get in the game it should not matter wut u look like... its not a fashion show !!! put ur mind away from how u look and concentrate on the game that u R playin... if it bothers u put pants and a sweatshirt on right before and right after u R done... during the game u should not think 'bout it !!!

  8. If you love the sport, then who cares about it?! But if you are really shy, try a diet, if you love junk food and candy, try to cut down on it, and try drinking more water and less soda. And also get some more excercies.

  9. First of all, at a volleyball game the girls are focusing what is going on in the game. While the ball is in play... the setter isn't saying" I'm not going to set to you because you look bad in your spandex". Shes going to set to you because you love the game and your good at it. I feel the same way you do about my self in the uniform. But i forget about me and think only about the game. Playing volleyball burns calories. Don't worry about the shirt. I wear  the tight uniform shirts, but  i get a bigger size so i feel comfortable. Its not a fashion show. Plus, guys don't always like girl who are the size of a pencil. If you love the game, why stop because it keeps you from sitting all day. Playing volleyball keeps you active. Work hard at practice. Be strong!

  11. i don't think your a good volleyball player. you see the girls don't care if your fat or what not. if you say your going to quit because of that.....it's hard to see that your good.

Never quit a sport because of your body.  I know some volleyball players with big b***s... so you will be ok.  For some exercises: run, squats, swimming can help, shuffle... do stuff that works those thighs and then running will help burn the extra fat.  don't worry about looking fat... its not a fashion show.. its a sport.  In addition working out and losing weight may also help reduce the size of your chest.  Just try to eat healthy and work out.  You have plenty of time, but don't go crazy with it.  Good luck!
