  1. just take un register your phone with yahoo lol


  2. You have two options.. You can disable the SMS messages for yahoo messenger only, or you can unregister your mobile device for all yahoo services.

    If you are wanting to disable the SMS from yahoo messenger only, then:

    1. Click on 'Messenger' then 'Preferences' (or CTRL + SHIFT + P)

    2. Click on the 'General' Tab

    3. Uncheck the box that says 'Always sign in to my mobile device when I exit messenger'

    If you would rather unregister your mobile device so you can't receive SMS for any yahoo services then:

    1. Go here: http://sites.mobile.yahoo.com/wireless/m...

    2. Sign in and where you see your registered mobile devices, click on 'delete'

  3. U have registered your mobile with messenger, that is why whenever u disconnected through messenger, your mobile device will be activated and will receive the IMs from your buddies. Just unregister your mobile through Messenger menu of your Yahoo messenger.
