For those reading... a Kunai is a Japanese gardening trowel often used as a weapon by video-game characters.

IT is a FORGED metal instrument, you need to learn metal working.  It isn't something you just knock-out in your garage.

You COULD look at purchasing climbing pitons or tent-stakes with similar shapes and grinding/ filing them to your desire.
