i am a shy and quiet person. but i dont wantto be. ive come along way in the past few years, but id like to succeed evern more.

if im with someone i want to have a conversation with themso bad. but i never know what to say. or what subject tp bring up. how can outgoing people just think of topics on the spot so quick? i want to be like that, but i can never think of anything to say.

how can i kick this habit? i want to be more outgoing my senior year of highschool, but i get so self concious and are afraid people might think what im saying is corny..or they might not wanna listen.

what are little things i can do day by day that can help?

  1. Get involved with stuff like volunteering, organizations. They are probably going to have activity to help shy people come out of their shell with team-building activities or trust-activities...etc...

If you are a student, you can take small classes where class participation is part of the grade. Even if you are shy, take it, because you will be improving eventually and it's going to encourage you.

There are a lot of things you can say- what does the person like, how many siblings, music/art/hobby/travelling stuff, what does the person likes to eat, little stuff. Think of what you would like people to ask you.....there are soo many things

Here go to this website maybe it will help
