Question:

I dont want to build muscle, but I want to lose weight off my legs, especially my thighs and my bum,any ideas?

i'm 14 and i'm 5'9. I dont want to use diet pills or shakes because these can be really bad for your health!!

  1. cycling is good for toning your legs and bum.


  2. well u have to lose weight all over, not just target weight lose, no such thing..

    u need to do more cardio, 30 mins everyother day..

    u need to cut down on your carbs reduce portions by half!

    eat some more protien...

  3. Walking/jogging daily.

  4. Do cardio exercises like running,jogging,cycling combined with a healthy diet.Forget crunches and sit-ups for a while.Cardio exercises removes fat from head to toe.Cut down junk food and eat high protein food.

  6. Eat your veggies.  Avoid red meat.  Eliminate soda and candy etc. from your diet.  

    As for the exercise, run.  Don't sprint.  If you sprint you will work out your fast twitch muscles which are bigger.  Very long moderate-slow runs will work out your smaller, calorie burning, slow twitch muscles.
