I dont want to wear glasses?

can someone tell me how you could get glasses. I dont really know how. Like if you stay on the comp for a long time everyday will you get glasses? i like to read so how long should i read a day to get avoid glasses? Please tell me. dont tell me to get contacts or whatever just give tips on how to avoid glasses n what else makes you wear glasses
