  1. You sound like so many other people I know.  Detoxify and take a diuretic.  Green tea helps with weight loss and so does eating whole kernel corn.  I know the corn is eating healthy, but I thought it might help anyway.  Good luck

  2. hmmm...you want to lose weight, but not work for it.  that's like saying you want an A on a test, but don't want to study.  eat less and drink water are the only things I can think of that might help.  eating right and getting exercise are the only things that are proven to work.

  3. I konw you said no eating healthy but that might be a good option. Im not talking about changing your diet but maybe just a small change, like eating an apple for breakfast and cut back on greasy foods. Smaller portions will also help out a lot too. If you are gonna eat bad maybe just eat less and you should see soe results. You could also try some kind of weight loss pill I guess? That might be another idea to try out.

  4. Sleep and sweat... If you're not willing to put effort into something you won't get results. You could also try not eating...

  5. Smaller portions, Dont get the big cup from fast food. Once you go through the grueling month of working out ( maybe more ) you enjoy it and it actually energizes your whole day, Its great.  good luck.

  6. wow, this is the problem in today's society - lazy people. listen, hun, if you want to lose the pounds, you gotta work for it. nothing comes easy. I hate to be the person to break it to you, but if you want something in life you gotta go get it - no holding back. I hate all the millions of dollars that go into the diet pill industry every year . . .all that money can go elsewhere, like to charity to save people that are starving everyday in underdeveloped countries. just eat pretty healthy and get some EXERCISE! it won't kill you!

    otherwise, don't even try.

  7. I once saw Letterman in an early routine say "So you can lose weight without diet and without exercise? That pretty much leaves disease."

I agree with the first comment - I found running grueling at first, then between 3-4 weeks my body began to relish the exertion, and now it's a perfect way to kickoff a day.

I lost 25 pounds 6 years ago and have kept it off, but it required both exercise and changes in eating habits.

  8. Who said everything is going to be handed to you on a sliver platter?

your going to have to work for what you want

i mean come on, your not willing to give a little effort.. how sad.

    to answer your question

your going to have to eat healthy and exercise

unless you want to cut off a leg or go get sugery

    ha.

  9. cut out the carbs (bread, rice, pasta, fries, cakes mainly) if anything, you'll notice the difference within a couple of days, and you can keep up the other things.

  10. Opt for water instead of soda or sweet drinks.  After a couple weeks you won't even miss them.

  11. cut off a leg?

  12. I helped my friend lose 27LBS in less than one month. Depending on how motivated you are. Eat right and LOTS of walking and jogging. Or if you can't jogg then try running short distant sprints back and forth with breaks in between. I hope this may help you. It helped my friend ALOT! Just stay hydrated.

  13. Exercise (even stairs instead of the elevator) and just eat less. Try eating (and drinking, not counting water) 10% less at every meal. Oh wait, not those? Huh, d**n.

Um. Pick several dieties of your choice.

    Pray.

    Pray really hard.

  14. unless you want to go down a completely unhealthy route that could make you ill or just make you lose weight and pile it on again...

there is no other option.  sorry

it's as if you don't care about your health if that the kind of question you're asking.

    you should reconsider.

i'm not going to make any suggestions.
