i down loaded norton 360 version 2when it finally loaded it it asked me for my email and passwordit would,nt accept my pass word i asked for a new onei recovored this from my email address and typed it in the with my email address it then asked me to type in my new password chosen by myself.now it will not allow me access tell me to start again HELPPPPPPPPbob newton
