  1. What format were they? Did you burn an AVI straight to a DVD because if you did your player probably isnt compatable you need to first convert the Film you needed to a format your player can recognise most DVDs are in .VOB format so you need to convert them to this format. Quite alot of software does this so as you have downloaded DVDs i presume you arnt to bothered about p****y so try DVDFab Platinum. Then just set it about converting your film.

    If this isnt the problem and the files are in .VOB format its a complete mystery to me im afraid!
