Question:

I downloaded SiteBuilder with no problems. BUT when trying to download the templates it tells me I am not .?

connected to the internet. I tried to go to the help file and it told me the same thing.... It won't let me do anything. I have DSL and am on line all the time. What do I need to do to correct this problem?

  1. I think that sitebuilder needs to have a firewall port open in the windows firewall application. To check this you can go to the Control pannel and find the firewall settings under security. In the exceptions tab you should have a check in the box for Yahoo Sitebuilder or you can add a program and choose Sitebuilder from the list of apps available. Try that.


  2. I had the same problem with a phone company net server.  Drove me nuts.  I don't know why it happens.  Restart your computer; that sometimes clears stuff like that up.
