I think it may be the US version that I downloaded (I'm not sure - see the link). Does this matter?

Thanks in advance!

  1. It doesn't matter that it's a US version, as long as it's an English language version. The same version would be made available to everyone anyway so there isn't a big need for a US version and other versions for English speaking countries (like having a separate British version or a separate Australian and New Zealand version).

  2. no it doesnt matter i downloaded from .com

  3. why would this matter is there a problem with it?

  4. It doesn't matter whether yours is a US version or UK version. I use the US version and it doesn't matter to me whether it is US or UK. Still using the same application anyway.

  5. Whether you downloaded from UK or USA site makes no difference for Messenger - both are English versions after all. I think however, your additional details were completely unnecessary.

  6. No, I downloaded mine from that same place. That's the standard Windows Live download screen.

All that matters is your ID, if you're in the UK it'll be @live.co.uk.

  7. That version is fine to use.

  8. there is no problem downloading it from there its alright dont worry about it
