I downloaded a MKV file and uploaded it to imeem but the subtitles didn't show up

how do i convert it to an AVI file so subs show up?

mkv files are pretty special. to play he you need a proper player first. i know a few players but heres one you can download:

to have the subs come up just simply go to the videos tab at the top and there will be a subtitles section where you can select the language.
