I downloaded a movie and its playing ONLY sound???????

i downloaded a movie by torrents and the comments people saying great video great audio.. but when im playing the movie by MPCStar or windows media player its playing ONLY AUDIO with no video.. and the video format is AVI... PLEASE HELP.. THANK YOU
