I downloaded a movie from lime wire but doesn't play good whats the best program i can play it from?

i downloaded a movie from lime wire and it doesn't play good it freezes i tried it on windows media player but it doesn't help. what the best program i can play it on besides windows,divx or quicktime

I use GOM Media player.  It's compatible with practically every video format there is.  Yahoo it or look on www.download.com for it.
