I downloaded a new media player............?

i downloaded bearshare and now when i get online it's not my yahoo homepage, but bearshare homepage. i deleted bearshare from our computer, or atleast i think i did, but its still the bear share hompage. help me!

Can't you just change it back?  

If your browser does not let you change it back, then this is an indication of adware or a virus.  Please run an antivirus and antispyware program.

In FF, just go to tools, options, main tab.. In the box, just type in the home page you want to use... Remember to click ok. Or it will not change it back to home page.

In IE, I don't know. I really only use FF. But I'm sure it's some method like that.

Same as Macs,  I've never used a mac, so I don't know
