  1. MDF is for Mac, IDK...

  2. you need a software that can load the image (.mdf file)

here is a free program to do that:

    DAEMON TOOLS LITE

    http://www.download.com/Daemon-Tools-Lit...

Install that and that would create virtual drives on your pc. Use that to load the .mdf file (or at times it is a .mds file) and it would appear like you have inserted a cd (or dvd) game on your cd/dvd rom. The only difference is that it is virtual so now you don't have to put the cd each time but you can just load the image.

  3. well the way i do it is you go into a burning program like Alcohol 120% find the .MDS file which is the guide that unpacks the .MDF file, click on it and burn it to a CD, except you will end up with a CD which you dont want

  4. An mdf is like an iso but it's a different image. Just go burn it onto a DVD or CD using an image writer, not an iso burner.

  5. It is a cd image file

Get the Magic ISO or Power ISO program to extract the files or burn it to cd.

I use Power ISO to mount the cd image file. It works like a virtual cd drive without ever having to burn it.

  6. You can download a great FREE ISO buster from www.downloads.com VERY simple. open ISO buster browse for your MDS or MDF files and just add them. It does what ever it does VERY fast, save the out come to a new location and then burn to disc! Also does bin/cue/data and loads more i’ve never heard of.

  7. You may be better off just trashing it.  Hackers have been known to embed pirated games on Torrents or P2P w/all sorts of malware.  They think that since you're stealing, you're fair game.
