try to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and do a full scan. it's free

i started with talk talk's security which you payed for and then i needed some spare cash so i cancelled my subscription and then got AVG anti virus and its so much better than talk talk's security so yes its a very good and reliable security programme also saves you cash ;)

Its a good program but Avast Antivirus is mch better and easier, it is also free.

Yes, i have experience.Its good and light weight.But it will better if you have the genuine one.As to my experience, i would like to say that kaspersky 8.0(2009) is the best antivirus or internet security ever.

AVG 8.0 rocks for better then the 7.5 laggy now 8.0 the sped okok already haha but if can you should download a firewall Oso

I do have experience with AVG, and it works fine.  Although I recommend the AVG 8.0, Whenever there is a threat they tell you how to get rid of it.

Yes, I used the free version of AVG for a few years and had no problem with it.

I currently have the paid version but only because I failed to locate the free version when setting up this computer.

I plan to download the free version on my sister-in-laws computer this weekend.

I run the full computer scan almost daily just because I think its a good thing to do. I also make sure the updates are current.  The software will alert if for some reason the updates did not upload to your computer.

I think you will find it is all you need, if not download the spyware protection, adware protection etc.

hey man i have used AVG for the last 4-6 years over four PC ( 1 a LAPTOP)

i think it is very good program, and in the unlikely event of you getting a virs it finds it right away.

oh yer and it's FREE it great i have never upgraded to the full one ( you have to pay ) but i never needed it. it scans my emails and downloads and the internet on the free version.
