one: did you use internt explorer to download it because that is sometime he problem if so use firefox

two: did yo download it as a winzip or Rar file if not

I love Zedge-did you send it to your phone or your computer? If sent to phone just click on link in text and it will open and then save to phone.

i am sure a thm file is a sony ericsson theme which will open if put in the correct folder if you used a data cable depending on your phone and model and if your phone supports this iused to use a k800 and downloaded loads from zedge.net.
