I downloaded internet explorer 8 but i want 7 but my computer ses it already has seven?

ok i was browsing threw microsoft.com and i saw internet explorer 8 for windows vista so i downloaded it and it was relle weird so i tried downloading 7 again but it wont let me so i thought maybe if a uninstalled it but it ses i need system administration but my account is the system administration i was then going to redownload internet explorer with mozilla but im confused and dont know what to do

When you upgrade to a higher version your old version does not disappear.  Your computer is right - it's still sitting there. All you need to do is uninstall version 8.

You will start using ver. 7 right away.
