I downloaded pic onto my computer, how do i resize them?

You can use Ms-paint for that.

Open a picture using "Ms-paint".

Then on the top of the window, click on "File" and click "Save as" and then choose a folder you want to save the picture to. Before you hit the save button, choose JPEG format for the picture on "Save type as"(because pictures saved from ms-paint are usually in Bitmap format and it doesn't work in phone).

ANd now, hit the save button.

The simplest way is to open the picture in paint, then press "ctrl+w" and the resize menu will open.
