I downloaded the new Firefox and everytime I use it, it crashes. I don't know what the problem is but when I use IE (which I never use since I prefer firefox), there is no problem. It seems to be when pages load, Firefox begins to freeze and then eventuallly crashes. Its extremely frustrating since this only started happening AFTER I downloaded the so called upgrade. I would like to downgrade if possible, anyone know how?

  1. Personally, I do not know how you can downgrade; and, although I am sticking with Firefox, it does seem to me that this new version crashes a lot more often than the old version.  Just wanted to say that.

  2. we have the same problem

uninstall firefox 3 and go the the mozilla.com website

on the download page, look for the link "looking for the older version"

click that link and you can download the older version. ff2 for me is more stable which im using right now

  3. The new FF3 has just come out of beta versiona and still has problems, yet is still a good browser, but needs improving!

The easiest solution would be to completly uninstall all Firefox components, and re-install an older version from here http://firefox-1-0-7.en.softonic.com/dow...

Or you may like to check out ever other browser on the net including reviews and quick links to them all! http://pcsecuritycentral.blogspot.com
