I downloaded the new Yahoo version of Internet explorer and don't like it. How do I go back to the old version

Go to your start menu.

Open "Control Panel"

Open "Add or Remove Programs"

Once the list of items comes up click once on "Windows Internet Explorer 7"

Then click "remove" which is right under the file size on the right of the window.

I don't like it either, its lousy. But won't uninstalling it mess with the browser?

You can do what your first answerer "Jenny" said to do about removing it all together from your computer.  Then reboot and Explorer 6 will automatically reload.  Or you can go to Microsoft.com and download the Explorer 7 which is not connected to Yahoo. It works a little different and a little smoother.  I prefer that one.
