I think the server is still down just like 3 days ago.

There has been quite a few problems with Yahoo games over the last week or so.  One person on here gives really good answers to this sort of question.  Search in this category for other questions like yours and you may find this person and be able to get your answer from previously posted questions in the past week.  This poster explains what you have to do with your settings and so on to get things going again.  If I find one of those questions I will edit this response.  Best of luck with it.

How do I get my game after I’ve bought it?

1. If you haven't downloaded the game already, go to the Yahoo! Games website, find the game you bought, and click on "Download Game" to download your game.

2. Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.

3. Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.

4. Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer.

If you downloaded the free version try deleting it and redownloading it. Make sure your pop up blockers allow yahoo games;

Yahoo games open with a pop up. Most toolbars like yahoo and internet explorer have pop up blockers! When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work. click on pop up blocker on yahoo tool bar. On the drop down list click on Always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked. high light yahoo.com then click allow. On google  blocker click on blocker and  it will allow site.

. IE browser settings to allow pop ups Right click on Tools, internet options, privacy tab, cookie over ride. Type in Yahoo.com, allow then ok. This is the proper way to use the pop up blocker. I have never had a problem or had to hold any keys down to get in.

If you are using norton antivirus you may need to turn it off until you are in room.
