  1. This is perfectly normal, and very good for you. It hydrates you and washes out any waste from your body, it's the easy way to detoxify! Just be sure it's good clean water, and without chlorine or chloromines. Also reverse osmosis water, and "pure" water are actually worse for your body since they have a lower Ph balance and must leech from your body it's nutrients and minerals to become balanced again. Solar distilled water is the worst for you, because it's the most pure water can get.

  2. If you drank that much water I'd say so

  3. Whether you drink in the morning, afternoon, or night, if you drink a lot of fluid, your blatter will fill constantly making you have to go to the bathroom.

  4. yes it is - water flushes out your system - the more you drink the more you pee.  It is healthy for you.

  5. How big were the bottles, how much water/liquid did you drink the rest of the day? Could be a early sign of diabetes as well. Now just from drinking that much water yeah you would likely have to go that much. Although if you were thirsty enough to drink that much in a short time you may want to get tested.

  6. How big were the bottles? 16, 20, or 24 ounces. Even 2 16 ouce bottles will get you to go quite a bit. When I fast I ussualy go at least every 20 minutes.

For proper hyrdration we need 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight and 8 more ounces for every 20 minutes of exercise. In warmer weather we might need more. If we get more than that then we will normally just pee it out. No real problem but can be irritating if you are not use to it.

  7. Yep you need thewater

  8. Yes, it's probably normal.  Sometimes our bodies just do that on occasion.

  9. When you drink a lot of water any water your body retains will be released, if you drink too little; that water will be retained. Usually 2 bottles isn't enough to have the first effect unless it's something new you have introduced into your system or you consume very little sodium in your diet
