  1. That is a lot of liquid intake for a short amount of time. Regardless of if it is water or juice. You should not normally need that much unless you are really hot or really exerting yourself. Drinking this much normally will mostly make you feel bloated and make you pee alot until your body reaches normal hydration levels.

Now as far as your headach goes it is not becasue of the water in the juice. Water problems occur from drinking more than the amount you did in a much shorter amount of time. Most likely your headache is more the result of the sugars in the juice. Even though the sugars are natural and better than the white stuff we add to foods it can still cause problems when too much is consumed. Plus some juices even add sugar so that even compounds it.

  2. You need to drink 64 oz of liquid mostly water to function healthy every day.  As far as health issues you will experience very loose bowels.  It will not hurt you and it is not water intoxication, Celebs drink a lot more than that. It takes a couple gallons (in a sedentary lifestyle)

  3. Drinking anything liquid in such a short amount of time is definitely not healthy.Juice is mostly water anyway. It is what is inside the fruit that gives it juice. Just as we are 75% water, most everything on earth is mainly composed of water due to dehydration. Drinking lots of juice is healthy but not in large quantities. It may not be water intoxication but your headache is probably your body telling you to slow down.

  4. You can develop a sugar habit from drinking juice just as easily as from eating too many sweets. You definitely need to drink 3 quarts of water to keep a trim weight.
