Thankfully it's just past but it'll be back to haunt me another 3 weeks w/ living h**l PMT or PMS. I really don't want to go on birth control because I plan on having a baby someday soon and I don't really want injections. My diet is OK but when I have PMT/PMS I crave nothing but salty, sugary and starchy foods. My hormones take a serious nose dive. I am pretty fit. I walk for an hour five times a week. I do however, suffer with Bipolar. I am a manic depressive so I have to take Prozac everyday. I tried Agnus Castus for 2 1/2 months but that was doing nothing and made me have blemishes especially whiteheads. What can I do to help myself from this living h**l?
