I dreamed I was running on the ocean surface. Any ideas of the meaning?

I had a rope teaching this little girl how to ski on water I had the rope and the little girl was in the ocean on ski's but I was running close to the shore but totally on the water.

Then I dreamed I was suppose to take some black tar and paste this sit and spin but when I put my hands on the tar it turned white. The more I rubbed the yellow sit and spin with the tar the more white the substance became. I told this guy I don't understand why it turns white when I rub it, to me though it was a better way to do it with paste instead of tar.
