I dreampt my children and my dog were dead. What does it mean?

I woke up crying and i haven't been able to stop thinking about why I would dream something like that. My husband was still alive in the dream, but my 3 children and my dog were dead. all in separate accidents.

i think the fact that your children and dog were dead but you and your spouse were not symbolizes your fear of losing the life you and he have built together..it's not prophetic..it's just your hidden fear.are you and him having trouble?even if you aren't alot of times when things are really good in the back of your mind is that horrible fear of losing it all.either way try to figure out what it is that is causing you to worry about losing them.

I'm no expert, but I like to share my opinions. Since dogs have been dubbed "man's best friend" and all, and children can't get any closer to you than they already are, maybe your dreams just meant that you don't want to let them go. Your husband has already been with you through thick and thin which is why you aren't dreaming that he is gone. You might be afraid of losing them in one way or another whether it be to friends, relationships, college, or jobs. Just take care of them the best you can and make sure that they know you love them very much and that you will always be there for them when they need you. :] Good luck.

I dont think it's a vision or anything like that. Dreams are made up from things your subconscious mind pulls out of your conscious mind and puts them together while you sleep. So, nothing to worry about.

I have the same dreams everynight.  I don't know what they mean, but I wish I could get rid of them.
