I dreamt of 7 closed coffins in 7 different rooms with plants. what does this mean?

This is not a bad sign - omen or otherwise. Seeing closed coffins can generally be understood to mean it is time to let something go. Seing these coffins in a room with a plant is an extra good sign. It says that once you let these things go, what is meant to thrive in your life will thrive. Seeing all of these things in 7 rooms says to me that you are compartmentalizing whatever it is you are not letting go. Don't do that. 7 is unity, all of these things affect you and you are one person, you can't just let one thing go and beleive that you are ok. You must work on holistic healing. - think of it like a cancer. You have to remove the cancer as a whole or run the risk of it infecting other parts. I.e: one bad relationship influences another or others.
