in my dream last night, I hear a fire engine siren. I looked out my door and was gret by firecrew concernedly pointing up to MY roof. its early in morn me and kids are in our beds and though I had heard some small thumps in the night in my dream, I had gone back to sleep...these firemen barge in and show me ive no roof, its been torn off and is raining heavily .I feel distraught but our bedrooms were bone dry and we are safe , I had no idea it had happened and I stare at the sky and feel sick....

I have no idea what my dream was saying, if anything ,to me....

(background -in real life, in the storms in January this year gale forced winds took some heavy slates off my roof what a dreadful noise it ,made, and I had some water penetration in my bedroom as a result )

  1. You've been looking at too many pics of an ongoing arson investigation in Shropshire.

  2. i dream that and lost the roof a week later

  3. your dream was saying, stop worrying so much and don't eat cheese before you go to sleep.

  4. Maybe it means that a storm or something bad will happen to you soon but you will be safe.

  5. the roof! the roof! the roof is on fire! :P was a gd song that was

  6. feeling unprotected?

  7. Houses represent yourself and the different parts of you. the loft is your hidden memories and repressed thoughts - no roof (representing protection) means they are being shown to all.

Rain and water means cleansing as well as emotions.

Bedrooms also mean parts of yourself you keep private being kept dry means you're aren't overwhelmed by emotions.

You are distraught because you think you aren't protected and had no idea your memories and repressed thoughts were obvious to all but you.

The dark sky may mean sadness.

  8. Well a roof usually represents some sort of shelter. Maybe you don't need some1 to protect you. Or you can make things work even when the basics are gone?

  9. Sounds to me like you're feeling a bit insecure about your safety, especially since the last storm that took parts of your roof off.  Maybe you should just do something to make yourself feel more secure.

Or maybe-since everyone was ok- you are just worried but feel that there's really nothing to worry about.  Or, you are worrying about nothing.

    Hope this helps!
