  1. omg... thats so much pop!!!!!!!!!!!!! drink water !!!

  2. Yeah!

Problems are artificial sweeteners causing cancerous growths, carbonated glucose in the bloodstream and diabetes. One of three has began.

  3. Dibeties and diet coke causes cancer in lab rats - so you might wanna check that too.

PS: wooow! thats alot of coke!

  4. your teeth will be easily spoil. this one of the side effect of taking too much coke.

  5. It is full of chemicals that can affect your liver and other organs.

  6. the splenda  in diet coke makes

    you crave real sugar.

  7. No.. Drink 10-liters of diet coke per day for ultimate yellow teeth.

  8. diet coke contains artificial sweetener which may damage your stomach and actually crave sweets even more instead of curbing them

  9. No, you would only be adding sugar. The carbonation is all that diet coke has. Water would be better but no long term side effects that are out there

  10. well, first of all that is a TON of caffeine. and that is really not good for you. it can make you nervous and jittery and can cause heart problems and if you're young it can stunt your growth (that's not a myth!) not to mention all the other chemicals in coke that are bad for your teeth and intestines and your brain.

since you have blood sugar problems you should definitely not be drinking that much soda. that is too much sugar. you need to just eat healthy (like actually healthy not what the tv or any internet site says is healthy - go to the library and read up on it) and exercise and that will really help your blood sugar problem.

2-3 liters of diet coke is really really bad for you.

  11. HOLY COW that's a lot of soda!  I would be concerned with a lot of health issues if i were you.  Not only has drinking large amounts of soda been linked to kidney stones (my friend at 5 Diet cokes/day...  cured when switched to water), diabetes, weight gain (even diet sodas), Gulf War syndrome, and tons of other issues, it is totally unhealthy (and sometimes gives me gas and stomachaches).  Aspartame is a sweetener in Diet Coke and is a really bad chemical.  Look it up on www.mercola.com (the #1 alternative medicine website on the web) and you will see just how bad it really is.

  12. I think it would be better to drink water!

Longterm side effects would be having to shell out for false teeth when yours are all rotted away due to the carboxyllic acid. Did you never do the thing at school where they leave a tooth in coke and after a week or two it's completely dissolved?

  13. ain't that a little obvious?

  14. bloating if u wana get up your blood sugar eat candy

  15. A - that's alot of caffeine -- bet you're having trouble sleeping.

B - the contents of colas are bad for bones, especially if you're a woman.

C - the acids are not good for your stomach, and some people develop stomach irritation and/or ulcers.

You might want to check with your doctor about drinking regular drinks or other kinds of drinks (fruit juice, etc.)

    Good luck.

  16. its horrible for your health!!

  17. Dehydration, weak tooth enamel, and insane migranes.

Even though the beverage is a "liquid" it doesn't quench thirst like water does. It's a diuretic, and it will increase the frequency of urination, too.

If you drink it before bed and doen't brush your teeth, the aspartame rots your enamel off and over time your teeth will become sensitive and prone to chipping/cracking.

I used to drink 2L of Diet Coke per day but I quit because it was too expensive overall. Also, I have never had a migraine since.

  18. carbonation gives you the sh*ts, caramel coloring dehydrates you, corn syrup sweeteners give you yeast infection (if you are a girl)

  19. You should quit drinking any carbonated beverage forever. Let me tell you about my younger sister. She drank 2-3 liters of coke every day. She was addicted to it; she would listen to no one. Because of her addiction, all of the discs in her spinal column and cervicals dried up. Her spine is bone on bone. Her bones, because of the phosphates used in carbonation, became osteoporitic. She lives 20 hours a day in bed and has a narcotics shunt inserted in her body to help with the pain, which NEVER goes away. This is what can happen to you. She'll never be the same again. She's crippled for life.

  20. It would be best to drink no soda at all!

  21. Umm yeah...ROTTEN TEETH.

You gotta cut back on the sugar there :)

    yeah soda is better.

    (i love coke to:)

  22. diabetes, and gaining weight. try water

  23. ur teeth will rot and u will get fat, diabetes, sugar problems, too much acid down ur throat...so no big deal

  24. 2-3 liters is a lot you will probably get really black teeth

  25. Diabetes

  26. Long term problems would be death and rotten teeth in the casket.  Soda is no good diet or not.

  27. diet soda has aspartame

and aspartames creates brain fatalities when consumed way too much

  28. I am right there with you. I used to drink at least 1 liter a day of Diet Coke. But now I know what it does to bones I am only drinking 1 can per day and soon hopefully 1 can per week My mom drinks about 2 liters a day. It is all she drinks. She has done all her life (she's 44 now)except on really hot days she has water some times.

    Please stop drinking so m

Google "Diet Coke Osteoporosis" or "Diet soda bad for bones" Something along that line

    Good luck!

  29. A) Regular coke is better tasting.

    B) I had an ulcer removed a few years back, and the doc blamed it on my excessive coke drinking.

  30. let's see, that's one 2-liter or 3-liter 'bottle' or about 2 to 3 quarts a day. Many Americans probably DON'T REALIZE they drink this much sugared liquid be it soda or other. 5 to 6 12-ounce cans or 3 20-ounce bottles gives the same amount. I know many people consume that amount throughout the day (even an '8-hour' day). And NO, not healthy in itself but alot depends on your activity and lifestyle. Of course (emphasized), there are healthful beverages you can choose to consume instead, like---water. Oops, no fun that water. Ah well. We makes our choices, we takes our chances.

  31. With blood sugar, if it is on the high side, than that is bad for you. It is safe to only dirink at least a 20-24 once a day, i.e., 2 cans.
