  1. caffeine is a real drug, and not many people realise that.

    by the amount you drink, it sounds like your dependent on it.

    like any drug, it's about having the willpower and determination to cut back and quit.

    too mcuh caffeine can tear your innards to shreds; your kidneys are probably dying right now, and your probably very dehydrated, your heart under immense stress and suffering from a lack of sleep.

    if this isn't enough to spur you into doing something, then i don't know what is.

    the first step is go and talk to someone - preferably a doctor. as soon as you do that, your on the road to recovery. good luck.

       drinking coffee is good thing.There is an old talk that if you drink coffee you will be beautiful/handsome but drinking coffee so much is not good for health because it may lead to serious interior problems of your body.so be care full not to drink so much coffee next time?

  7. YES you HAVE to cut down to at least 6...and still 6 is ALOT even if you don't put sugar in it the caffeine is enough to KILL you....you might seriously wanna cut down.

  9. Wow, that's a lot of caffeine. If you are able to sleep at night without your heart trying to pound its way out of your chest, I guess you're okay. Ask your doctor.

  15. In my opinion, yes it's too much.

    At this point, your body is used to caffeine and probably feels like it needs it to function.  Too much caffeine can actually cause heart palipitations.  Slowly cut back on it--you'll experience withdrawal symptoms, so it'll take time.

  18. If this question is real, its dangerous.  Taper back. Do you get palpitations, get agitated easily and cant sleep?

    Switch to decaf.

    Seriously, waaaaay to much caffeine, be careful if you try to give up, don't go cold turkey cause you could shock your body.
